COMMISSION TERMS

Post your affiliate link to your social media profiles, websites, emails, etc. You may also distribute our marketing materials to your customer base and warm leads. Sales must be valid, confirmed, and completed with no return. This is an affiliate referral program. Affiliates are not employees. Anything posted by the affiliate is their personal opinion and in no way reflects the opinions of the entity, Pualani Products LLC. If an affiliate does anything outside of the guidelines set herein to damage the brand or brand’s image, Pualani Products LLC reserves the right to take legal action. Completion of an IRS W9 may be required before we can pay out your commission. Inactive or idle accounts may be suspended. Inappropriate use of links will result in immediate removal of your participation in the program. Terms and conditions may change with or without notice. 

The commission is measured each month by sales confirmed and completed on the 1st through the last day of the month. These sales must be valid, confirmed, and completed with no return. We use a tiered commission scale ranging from 10%-20% commission. This means the more you sell, the higher your commission is. Sales are totaled by month ending on the last day of the month, paid out on the 3rd of the following month. You may be paid sooner by special request, but no less than 7 days after the completed sale. Please see tiered commission scale below.

Monthly Tiered Commission Scale - Ranges from 10%-20%

SILVER LEVEL: 10% commission - $0 to $1500 total sales (Max. payout $150)

GOLD LEVEL: 15% commission - $1500 to $2499 total sales (Min. payout $225, Max. payout $374.85)

PLATINUM LEVEL: 20% commission - $2500 or more of total sales (Min. payout $499.80, Max. payout not capped)

Our affiliates will also receive a discounted rate of 25% off on products to purchase for themselves. This discount is based off of the regular price and not the sale price. No stacking discounts. Must be an active affiliate who shares links and is proactive. By signing up or participating in this program, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth herein. Thank you for your support. PAYMENT METHOD AND SCHEDULE

Scheduling - Affiliates will be paid based on confirmed and completed sales with no returns made every month from the 1st through the end of the month. They will be paid out on the 3rd of the following month.

Thresholds - The affiliate must reach a minimum of $250 in sales for the month to be considered an active affiliate and to receive the affiliate product discount.

Method - Affiliates will be paid via PayPal or they can be mailed a check by special request.

PROMOTIONAL METHODS AND GUIDELINES

Trademarks - Affiliates will be given access to a shared “Approved Affiliate Assets” folder in Google Drive with Pualani logos, stock images of product, and educational information to be used for marketing to potential customers. Affiliates are only permitted to use these assets to promote Pualani Products in a positive, tasteful, and informational fashion.

Offer Placement - Offers can be posted on websites that allow CBD advertising, but PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE POSTING. These may include: coupon websites, personal websites/blogs, Snapchat, etc. It is possible to post on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. However, you must be careful about the verbiage you post on these platforms, as most of them do not allow direct selling of CBD products. Please see “Guidelines for Social Media Posts” for more detailed information and examples. 

SELF-DEALING POLICIES

Friends and Family - Affiliates will be credited for a commission if their friends or family purchases an item through their offer.

Affiliate Using Their Own Offer - Affiliates may not use their own affiliate link to purchase product. However, we do offer a competitive discount of 25% off for active affiliates who want to purchase products for themselves. Active affiliates are defined as a proactive affiliate who posts at least 1x/week and generates a minimum of $250 in sales per month.

DISQUALIFIED PURCHASES

Negative Commentary - Affiliates are not allowed to speak or post negatively about the brand. This goes for all media outlets, even if the affiliate is no longer an active affiliate. Any negative commentary will result in immediate removal of your participation in the program.

Offensive Content - Affiliates are not permitted to place their link on websites that do not allow CBD advertising.

Product Discounts - Our affiliates will receive a discounted rate of 25% off on products to purchase for themselves. This discount is based off of the regular price and not the sale price. No stacking discounts. Must be an active affiliate who shares links and is proactive. Some exclusions may apply.
